A Chocolate Box

Robb and I had a quiet morning at home, and then headed out to do some errands. Amidst the practical activities, we crammed in a little letterboxing.

I had heard that one of my logbooks at the Oakland Rose Garden was soaked, so I scooped it up, and will bind another book to replace it.

We also planted a letterbox at Berkeley's tastiest chocolate factory.

On a more serious note, we're realizing that we have to be really honest with ourselves about how much this gigantic change in our lives is affecting us, emotionally. Both of us are struggling with how not to feel stalled or stuck or frustrated, and how not to mis-direct these feelings when we do have them.

Hey, I've actually heard all about that very obscure type of therapy- Chocolate gorging. The concept is to just eat yourself stupid with chocolate, thus resulting in a groggy, blissed out feeling.

I think I shal try this type of therapy starting tomorrow, when Zombie Jesus sweets go half price. (Get it? Dead but still walking around? The jesus dude is the most famous Zombie on earth, in my ex-catholic opinion.) Waiting 3 more days puts the sweet stuff at 75% off. Hm, This is one therapy that definately is more and more rewarding the longer you put it off.

Happy Easter- Annalisa and Gary and cats and newly nesting ducks.
