A sharp-eyed letterboxing friend noticed that this very silly photo of Linguine had been featured on one of the "I can Has Cheez Burger" sites.

Crazy. This photo seems to have a life of its own.

Someone at my son's school sent out an announcement today about a scenic designer doing a presentation today...I hear scenic design and I think of Lisa!

Playful People Productions is proud to invite you to spend an evening with nationally-renowned scenic designer-artist George Pettit. If you have seen CMTSJ's "Oliver" or "Guys and Dolls", just to name a few, you are familiar with his work. George will be showing designs he is working on for small and large theaters, designs he has done in the past, and models he has created to show schools and small theater group’s affordable and doable designs. The Hoover Theatre will have his latest design of “Guys and Dolls jr., especially designed for community/school theatre groups up for viewing.

The other purpose is to start a dialogue and interest in creating a regional collection of scenic design resources for educational and practicing professionals in the bay Area Community interest for a museum for technical theatre in Silicon Valley.

The event is free, and refreshments will be provided.
