Let's Get This Party Started!

As I type this, forty-some letterboxers are racing from Portland Oregon to the San Francisco Bay.

I'll be helping to host the post-race party. I've never had to provide "real" food for so many hungry people. Today is a day of shopping and cooking.

I hope the racers like what we provide.

After 2 1/2 days of traveling on fast food I for one was never so happy to see all the lovely fresh fruits, veggies and Robb's bread.

Thank you Lisa, Robb, Wendy and all the other No. Calif. boxers that greeted us at the finish line!

The bread, oh the bread! I had three pieces! Thanks for the things like the lunch meat that we took with us and ate on our trip back on Sunday in the car.

Everyone who greeted us as we stumbled across the line was wonderful.

I especially liked two people getting my Cipher in My Head PT.

And I got to meet Lisa and Robb! All I can say is pictures don't do you justice. You two are beautiful and so wonderful to host that for us.

And the cool weather felt great after HOT weather and no AC.

Love you both! I will try to make my way down there soon to hang out, see your cats and bees and get some boxes!!
