Do you normally have such "help" when you knit? If so I'm impressed you can do simple projects, much less the more complicated pieces I've seen of yours!

Our cats aren't so much in your face as they are stoically underfoot. When they're about to be inadvertently stepped on, rather than skitter away like most felines, they just hunker down and wait for the impact. Amazing how immovable a 15-lb cat can be, even on tile!
