sick...

...

Robb and I went to the kick-off party for the BORP fundraising ride. We had a blast, and are very energized about doing our bit to help this great organization.

I started feeling crabby and miserable as we were leaving the event, and about an hour later, I realized I was getting sick.

Now both Robb and are suffering from strange zombie-flu. We are both zonked out on the couch, unable to use our brains.

Brains are overrated anyway. But a good couch is very, very important.

I guess we had the zombie flu also. We were exhausted, had a low fever for a day, and I felt queasy for almost a week. Thankfully the darn thing lifted today and I'm feeling better. Neil didn't have it a whole week and hopefully you two won't either. We call it being bitten by the tse-tse fly.

Ick, I hate feeling like that! Get well soon!

On the lighter side, I am the single orange dot in Iraq on your map!

Unable to use your brains, eh? Happens to me all the time. The one I usually keep in my head as well as the extras I keep in jars.

Heh heh heh...........You think I'm joking, right?

You guys are run down, period. Robb's gotta go through a long term recovery (keeping my fingers and toes crossed) , and you have Hepatitus (spelling?), remember? Take a self imposed "lay around and get fat and heal" vacation, and give the running around a rest, at least for you, Lisa. Your work schedule is enough to wack out a normal person's energy levels as it is, I suspect.

Let Robb run over some road debris with his bike in order to get energized for future bike trips, all those burned California trees that fell over make good speed bumps.
