Sometimes You Just Have To Laugh

I have never been very good at driving backwards, but I fear that I've gotten worse. Last night, as I was trying to negotiate a particularly tricky (for me) parking job, I was bemoaning my new talent for running into large stationary objects.

And what do I do?

I inadvertently slapped Robb upside the head while parallel parking.

Robb and Kara found this terribly amusing. I really wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry.

And as if That Wasn't Enough....

Among the strawberries I bought this weekend was a special one. Robb took the kitty whiskers that I collect from the carpet and am incapable of throwing away, and made this little cat head puppet.

And then he chased the cats (in paralyzed slow-motion) around the apartment, holding a strawberry in one hand and a camera in the other. Since he did this without the use of a cane, I'll stretch the definition and call this Physical Therapy.

He has been doing other, more productive things with his days, but I'll leave it to him to describe those activities.

Glad to hear someone else collects kitty whiskers too! I used some of mine on a book cover I did - I stamped a teeny image of a kitty face on the paper for the cover, punched 3 holes on each side of the kitty face with a pin, inserted whiskers just like you did on the strawberry - it was so cute! I sold these books at a gallery and I heard someone was concerned about how I got the whiskers! - Love your photo!

We relish Lisascenic's photographs but have to admit that this one Robb took is our all-time favorite!!

I did make a brush out of one for a friend's birthday. Was just a one hair (whisker) brush.

Love the strawberry cat mask.

I just got a great idea! Install a video camera inside your car, so that whenever unusual things happen with your driving, you can record it on camera and qualify for a new show about female drivers called "Drivezila".
This is entirely my idea, and anyone trying to take it as their own idea for a show wil feel the wrath of Annalisa. I will drive over them in my Drive-zila fueled fury!
*giggling hysterically*
my cats kept sniffin at the screen because of that. :)
